I had a fantastic experience with EZ Wheels! I recently downgraded to a smaller vehicle and the initial process was wonderfully smooth, thanks to Sylvia and Phillip, who were extremely helpful. While I later had some queries regarding extra charges for minor damages, which I couldn't pay immediately, the team demonstrated outstanding customer support. Lisa from the accounts department and Paul, the operations director, were instrumental in assisting me with a flexible and stress-free payment arrangement. The entire team turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive one.
