Ez-wheels slow with refunds

I rented a car with Ez-wheels and the sales department was good. I was a good customer with no complains until I terminated the contract. The service was poor in such a way that I waited for more than 30 days to receive my refund from them of which theres a 30 day notice according to the contract. It's day 35 and still haven't got my refund and when I enquire they telling me about the finance department was busy with existing clients. Does that mean that I am not important since I terminated the contract yet I paid for the car all this months without hesitation? I am really not happy with Ez-wheels as they only care about getting the money from clients yet when it's time to return the deposit it's a problem.
