Excellent Service from Mmabatho

I would like to give a special thank you to Mmabatho from EZ Wheelz for the excellent service she provided while my car was in for repairs.

From the beginning, Mmabatho was professional, helpful, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. She really made the experience much easier and her customer service was exceptional.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to arrange for my car to be returned to me once the repairs were completed. As a result, I had to travel by bus for approximately four hours and take a day's leave from work to collect it. While this was inconvenient, I want to make it clear that I do not blame Mmabatho for this, as I understand that the situation was beyond her control.

Despite this inconvenience, I truly appreciate the effort, assistance and excellent service Mmabatho provided. She is definitely an asset to EZ Wheelz, and her professionalism and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed.
