Poor customer service

When applying for a tv i was told to do first payment cash before delivery will be made and then first debit order to be done the following month. After first cash payment was done they still debited my account that month which was not the agreement. They are quick to take your money but when refunds needs to be done you get no assistance and even gets ignored most of the times when you try to get progress of the refund.
