Debiting my account before debit date
They keep debiting my account before my debit date,this is unacceptable!!!tried speaking to them but no help anyone,i even went in to explain they money the took from my account yesterday was meant for my kids but still no help

False advertising
I am very disappointed in the way that I dealt with ez deals. I ordered a xiaomi tv box from them from the app after 2 days they contacted me and told me that they didn't have stock and would give me a bluapunkt tv box wich hasn't even got the same specs as the one that I ordered. When I asked when they will be getting stock they said they don't know but not soon. I think that very unprofessional and false advertising from their side.
