Poor service and poor product

Absolutely poor, This company is very quick to help a person into more debt than anythig els. They advised the scooter to a max speed of 60km/h of which it only does 52km/p, apparently the charge is supposed to give us 60-70km per charge but we cant even get 30km. We had 3 different battery packs and non of them gave us joy. Now that we want to cancle our contract due to poor service its a massive issue from their side. If you want a toy to play on paving then this is for you.
