Poor Service!

Ez bikes / Electric Zoom - Think twice before buying from these guys - they selling laptops as well now, and I've app**** as they promise to deliver same day. They very quick to double check and make sure that the debit order mandate are in in pace, and then the service ends! I had to ask them what time they will deliver, just to be informed at 15:27 that they had some problems and the courier just picked up and they will send tracking nr. Now on day 2 - 14:20 trying to get some info out of them - now suddenly the courier did not pickup yesterday, There's a Courier delay, System problem, and the manager in a meeting after I've asked for a refund. No one picking up the phone - 2x cell numbers and one not responding at all! I've asked for a refund, but no one can do anything as the manager in a meeting - been struggling since this morning and now 14:25!!!!!!!!!!!!
