Electric zoom Bikes a company renting out scooters has failed me yet again,since December having signed a contract with them till now haven't received any number plate , the numbers given to me to call for assistance aren't available, it's said that the electric scooters are on insurance yet the day when I had hit a pot hole reported the matter no one had given me a phone call to come and fix the problem on my side - had to fix it myself, after it had stood still for close to a month without being climbed on. Now the complete system is malfunctioning it doesn't want to charge, the immobilizer together with the key isn't responding to the scooter Itself. Had recently even been told by one of the consultants who had been helping me that someone tried to apply with my documents to receive yet another bike which had failed. From December 2023 till now haven't received any communication from the company regarding my license disc and number plate, can't even ride the scooter itself in public because due to it not having any form of documents its considered as being unlicensed and not on the road already having received two traffic fines due to that, the companies service is very poor
