Lying to customers and not enabling refunds
The company misrepresents stock availability on their website, only informing buyers that items are out of stock after the order has been paid. Their phone line does not work and they won't allow me to cancel my orders.
Absolutely dishonest practices.

05 Jul 2026, 19:54Hi Dominic, thank you for the feedback and we're sorry this order left you frustrated. We'd like to explain honestly what happened, for you and for anyone reading. The lenses you ordered were a toric (astigmatism) prescription. A single toric lens comes in thousands of power, cylinder and axis combinations, and the manufacturer who controls what stock is brought into the country holds only a portion of those locally. No optometrist or online retailer has live visibility into their stock, so occasionally a specific prescription is only flagged as backordered by the manufacturer after it's been ordered. It isn't stock we're hiding, it's stock none of us can see in advance. When it does happen, we let you know and give you the option to wait for a backorder or as in your case, cancel and fully refund the order. We'd never hold a customer to a purchase we couldn't deliver on time. For toric or less common prescriptions, you're also very welcome to check with us before ordering and we'll confirm availability first. On reaching us by phone, that's fair, and we've since upgraded our system so calls are answered reliably. We're sorry we lost your trust here and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to get it right for you. The EyeSupply Team
