Bad Service

Ordered contact lenses and paid for, only to be told that we must wait 6 weeks although on check out it said two days delivery. We were working in CT and my wife had no contact lenses, we managed to buys some at local Optometrist. We settled with EyeSupply for a different make and had to pay a further R240.00 I send them three emails saying if it cant be delivered by Friday 3 Feb they must rather send to our house in Irene as we returning on Sunday.... So they went ahead shipped it from Johannesburg to Cape Town and it did not arrive in time!!! They dont answer phones and always answer mails with "Due to heavy volume of mails" which means lots of people having trouble. Pay little bit more and get it from your Optometrist ...these middle men services in South Africa useless
