Bad delivery service.
The website has a good variety but the delivery takes forever. It's extremely frustrating. The courier they use sends emails for delivery and doesn't deliver on the days they say they would and takes more than a week to actually deliver.

We've since moved to a new courier partner and deliveries are now faster and far more reliable.
