Misleading information to get customer

I have been a customer of Truvision Optometrist for years. I am due for my new eye test and spectacles. First red flag, I didn't receive any reminder as they used to all these years. I called them and asked why why their WhatsApp contact number is no longer available on WhatsApp and still they went on and lie "Our WhatsApp number is still the same". I went ahead and book an appointment. To my surprise the name has changed to Eye Save. I got in there and asked "am I in tge right place?? Is this TruVision?" and again they continued "Yes we are it's just a name change!" and they have asked me "Are you a Truvision customer?? Dont worry we still have your file" after doing my eye test everything else is different the pricing the billing even the frames. When I enquire about it they said "We nolonger Truvision" I am not happy at all. I am soo frustrated with such misleading information I have been given by these people and they still going to put a claim to my medical aid for the eye test. Disgusting!! Poor Service!! Misleading and *****ing customers from the previous organization!!
