Careful of this crowd people . Firstly they clearly state on their site that they guarantee your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. Secondly before I registered for this product I spoke to their live online agents to confirm if my route was configurable and met all the requirement ,which they agreed it was. After registering on their site and the attempting to configure my route with their product ,it was discovered that my route did not meet the requirements in order for me to use the product. I requested for a full refund right away. After numerous request thereafter for the refund ,I have finally been refunded but yet a portion of the original amount after not using the product at all?
