The manager is unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She has zero respect for customers and absolutely no interest in helping. Instead of providing service, she shouts, makes noise, and shows no care for the people she is supposed to assist. This branch is a disgrace — customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority.
