This is specifically for expresswaycouriersau.com. Plain and simple, this is a **** website meant to trick you into paying more money for an 'insurance' deposit. Classic **** behaviour. Don't be fooled by the site having a valid SSL certificate, that's not hard to do. If your merchant used them, you're not getting your goods, do not send more money, chalk it off as school fees and move on with your live.

Worst experience ever with Expressway Courier Ladysmith. The manager is unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She has zero respect for customers and absolutely no interest in helping. Instead of providing service, she shouts, makes noise, and shows no care for the people she is supposed to assist. This branch is a disgrace — customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority.
