STORAGE GOODS DAMAGED AND GONE

We stored our house hold goods by this company for 3 months. On our arrival by the end of December 2015 we found that house hold goods were moved to another cubical, we were not informed. Our boxes was opened, all my glass bowls and platters where broken to pieces. My fridge motor was cable tied (which was not like that when we brought it there) My toaster & microwave gone...<br> I contacted Beverly and told her what happen, went to go see her and she said that she will look into it, after several phone calls she told me that the manager/director Courtney will not take responsibility for this. I have been phoning the office to talk to him but he is never around, also spoke to another lady and she also never came back to me. I left one message for Courtney to call me and he never did.<br> <br> This is the kind of place that you trust with your house hold goods and this is how they react.<br> <br> I don't have a fridge, toaster nor microwave and they refuse to compensate me, that the hell but they took my R900.00 every month for storage.<br> <br> No way this is not on. BEWARE ALL WHO HAS GOODS STORED BY THIS COMPANY.<br> <br> <br> I told them that I will go to Hellopeter and they said they don't care.
