DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE
As many others before me, I wish I saw the reviews before-hand. Miscommunication about the size of the load and how their staff are, are extremely terrible. They have an absolute lack of customer respect and they don't listen. For example, you cannot fit the bed with items which are sharp next to them, especially if you going to tie it down on the truck. After explaining this to them before moving to the destination, when we got to the destination, many of my personal items, bed, fridge, were ruined and damaged. They charged me R2000 cash and were extremely arrogant to not wanting to come with me to the ATM and stayed at the destination. VERY RUDE. APPALLING. ZERO STAR SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY USING THEM. PLEASE BE AWARE.

Don't use Express Removals and Storage in Cape Town
I had items (personal and inheritance) for myself in storage. Not only did they continue to send harassing invoices after the items had been removed from storage, they also delivered the items incomplete. I used to play golf with my father, and so I had inherited his clubs, all his and my woods, hybrids, wedges and putters are missing. Whoever took them had access to the storage area and knew exactly what to take, including a Callaway Big Bertha driver and an original Ping Anser putter. Since they were paid to keep all my belongings safe, this is a violation of trust and ultimately theft. Don't use this company if you want to see your valuables again. One star is too much.
