No communication or resolve

<p>This company claims to offer safe and secure storage- completely untrue. DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT!!<br />What they are actually offering is a section that is floored with wooden pallets, fenced off with flimsy fence panels, which are covered in blue shade cloth and held together with cable ties! This warehouse area leaves your goods vulnerable and easily accessible to anyone entering.<br />I asked if the camera above where our stuff was stored, was able to monitor our section and the response was "Not necessarily!"</p> <p>You are told by the company to arrange your own insurance for burglary and fire damage, HOWEVER they do not warn you to insure yourself against theft from within the company!</p> <p>They insist on keeping a inventory of your stuff that is there, (this is done rather pathetically and unprofessionally), which I am now led to believe is done purely for their convenience to assist them when they wish to go "shopping" inside clients boxes and property.</p> <p>It was brought to their attention more than 3 weeks ago that a box filled with DVDs worth more than R10 000, was missing. I am STILL waiting for a response.</p> <p>Andy and Beverley are extremely pathetic with communication and rather unprofessional.<br />On one occasion a Staff member, who was supposed to make a inventory of goods we were taking out, spent more time complaining about her co-workers, the amount of work she does for the little pay she receives, instead of taking note of the clients.</p> <p>We are extremely upset by our loss which no one wishes to take responsibility for or even have the decency to communicate with us.</p>
