Lost box

A few months ago I dropped 3 x boxes to be stored for my sister. when I dropped the boxes Beverly took a photo and said a photo gets sent to every client. my sister went to collect the boxes without me and asked about the box with all her Jamie Oliver kitchen stuff, which I had taken to store. Long story short, she called Beverly asking for photo and a week later Beverly had not gotten back to her or sent the photo.<br> they can still not provide photo and want to rely on a video that is easily editable (I edit videos on my phone)<br> it is not two weeks back and forth and the can still not provide the photo which is part of their service!<br> that one box has over R3500 worth of kitchen goods in it. they have not even responded to my request of a full refund for those months of storage.<br> <br> if your good are stored there, which I saw many full units, would you notice 1 box missing? how many 1 boxes have gone missing nobody knows about? <br> <br> if you use this company don't be surprised if you do not receive the promised service, have stuff go missing and then have to deal with Beverly.
