Unprofessional

The lady on the phone is very unprofessional. I said “what” because I wanted her to repeat what she said. She took it as an opportunity to teach me a lesson. She told me to call back when am prepared to speak to them respectfully and dropped the phone in my ear without assisting me.

Just because you have already paid them and they are in possession of your car, it’s okay for them treat you like sh*t.🚮🚮🚮
