Disappointing service
Unfortunately really disappointed with the service or lack thereof. Had to wait for 15 minutes for my car. Car had not been washed or vacated as discussed and paid for. Car was hot so had clearly been sitting in the sun. I communicated with service person and sent numerous photos. Was informed that management would be in touch with me. But to no avail 😡. Will not use the service again

Disappointing service

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
I won't recommend this company to anyone. They collected y car from OR Tambo parking on Friday evening, when they returned it Monday morning (4 days according to them), the car had driven about 34km. When I followed up with them, trying to establish how far their parking was located from the airport they decided to keep quiet. If their location is 15km from the airport why can't they stand their ground and say so? The fact that they jelly quiet and not responded to my query shows something is fishy with their business. I was referred by a friend, who after my incident acknowledged they never checked their car meters when collecting the car from this company.

Express Airport parking
I have used Express Airport parking twice the first everything was great on arrival car was there with no issues the secound time my car was 15min late when i drove of i had found a chip on the windshield and it had atarted to run. Phoned them as i was already driving down the ramps there replying and said no they would contacts the driver till date they are radio silent with u needing to follow up please read you T.C as they cover nothing and take no responsibility
