I've used them often enough and was ok with their service. However the last time my vehicle was returned with a cracked windscreen. The driver apologized stating a stone hit the windscreen on the R21. I tipped him for his honesty. I called, sent messages and email and I have been totally ignored. I have replaced the windscreen, a simple call and apology would have sufficed. Use this business at your own risk. The secretary was very apologetic as was the driver but the boss......
