Disappointing service

Unfortunately really disappointed with the service or lack thereof. Had to wait for 15 minutes for my car. Car had not been washed or vacated as discussed and paid for. Car was hot so had clearly been sitting in the sun. I communicated with service person and sent numerous photos. Was informed that management would be in touch with me. But to no avail 😡. Will not use the service again
