Your customer service is non existent very very bad

Experian not like all credit bureas provides horrible service.VCCB came back to me before 20 days and they are very good. Experian on the other hand its e mail after e mail woth not even an acknowledgement e mail. What kind of service do you call this.Even if you call you hold on your whole airtime finish.
