EXP***6-CD54760. I have logged the same dispute 3 times already. I have reported a duplicated listing, Sanlam and DMC are reporting the same debt, now I am fully aware that Sanlam sold DMC the debt, I have no problem with that however Sanlam did not close the account after. As for account number between Sanlam and DMC not being the same and the balance not being the same calls for you to do more investigation. Who then did DMC buy the debt from and has that company closed its account???? Experian must do better, I was not expecting this from them, so disappointed on people who do these investigations on disputes, are they even qualified to do them, who monitors them? An error that should have been rectified easily has taken over 3 months now.
