wrong updatre on my profile

I sent my query last week regarding a wrong update on my profile to both experian and compuscan, to my suprise compuscan is sorted and they are sister companies, but nothing from experian, i received an email saying they are working on it, its end of the week today still no move from their side, even starting to send my complain to the Ombudsman
