Wrong outstanding information on my report.

This credit bureau is the worst. It is very hard to contact them and when you finally do, you get no help or feedback. The sad part is that the incorrect information they are publishing is affecting people's lives. They were sent all the relevant information by the debt review company and I sent them the correct information when I logged a dispute with ticket ref MM-63696 and nothing gets done. All other credit bureaus don't show the same information cause someone do their job there.
