Hi Please note that a consult did not call me. I called Experian this morning to check if my complaint was dealt with. There are still incorrect information on my report. He refuse to share the report with me to check if it was done. My reference number is RFM ***03. The consultant told me I must wait 20 days. Now this is after my car finance was declined 4 times. I have been through hell. I am in a situation where I need to purchase a car urgently. I cannot do anything until this issue has been sorted The Bank is waiting on an updated report from Experian. Why must I suffer and yet it is not my fault.

Hi The problem I have with the 20 days is that I am being held liable for an error I not caused. Who is at fault ? Who did not update the information. We as consumers are unaware that the information is incorrect until we apply for funding. Now I need to purchase a car urgently and I am being penalised for something which was not in my control. The bank is waiting on Experian to make the corrections. You tell me it take 20 days to send an email and get a response from the supplier you dealing with. I am thinking of taking this issue to the media. It is so unacceptable.
