wrong information on credit report

last week i check my credit profile on Experian and Compuscan to see how am i doing just to find out there is RCS account on my profile that i dont know of i called RCS explain to them about the RCS account , RCS asked me for my id number they pick up accounts i had with them but it is closed , i give them the account number that is on my credit profile they said that the account number belongs to MR .J.JONES , Ever since friday i have been sending mail to the credit bureau about this account they do not respond when i called them you are holding forever this is the mail address i send the mail to *** and *** , this is affecting my profile
