Wrong Credit Status For 3 Years

More than 3 years ago I was under debt review, but a few months later I withdraw from Debt Review. The company that I was using provided me with a letter, since the new legislation law was not implemented back then that only the NCR can provide withdrawn letters.

The letter that was provided by the debt review company was send to all credit bureaus. Since then all the credit bureaus have updated my status except for Experian. Now 3 years later they cannot change my status and I am giving the run around between them and the NCR, who have confirmed that the status have been changed on their systems. Experian is unable to rectify my credit report and my credit status has been bad thanks to them for the past 3 years.

Can anyone who have any legal knowledge please inform me what is my rights regarding this matter since Experian is not doing their jobs, has given me a bad credit status for the past 3 years and is now giving me the run around since they did not do their jobs more than 3 years ago.

Can anyone please help me?

So Experian phoned me after the above review. I was in meetings and was unable to answer. They never phoned back, but yet again I did not expect any service or response from them at all. On the other hand I do have an update.
Prudence Tsolo, from the NCR, provided Experian with the details, to rectify my credit report, last month already, again yesterday and again today, but Patricia Mosia keep on telling us (myself and the NCR) that they have not received anything. How is this possible that Experian cannot receive these mails from the NCR? Maybe a filter to spam all mails from the NCR so that they can keep on providing negative credit reports for all consumers.
Patricia Mosia keep revering to systems and now added a form to the list of things they need before they can update my credit report, but Transunion, XDS and Compuscan all have updated my credit report with the same information the NCR send to Experian, but according to them they need other stuff.
I am starting to get the impression that Experian is getting money for every incorrect credit report and for that reason they will not update anything so that they can keep on making more money from incorrect credit reports.
This is a credit bureau that all the banks use. Why? maybe they make money out of that as well to provide banks with incorrect details.
If there is anyone who need to work with Experian on getting stuff resolved...Best of Luck to you, your health and stress levels as they cannot even receive mails from the NCR, when the NCR is assisting you.
