WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN

I have complained about some address linked to my name where I have never stayed before. I have provided proof of my new address, the wrtong address was removed for a month and was then back again. It seems that trying to correct your address with them is a waste of time. Now have to use lawyers to have this corrected once and for all. Never seen such bad service or where they get their information from - somebody ****med my information and now cannot get it corrected?
