Worst Service Ever !!!

the most frustrating company ever!! worst company. this people are causing me depression and am running mental because they refuse to update my account status. I have sent them letter from my service provider logged dispute, yet they are sitting with an account not updated for the past 3 years. i sent them letters t update the keep rejecting. i dont know where else to go for help
