WORST SERVICE EVER

Someone please explain to me why this Bureau has a right to keep prescribed debt on my credit profile even after the credit provider has sent them an instruction to remove the specific account?

Which part of the National Credit Act permits credit Bureaus to keep prescribed debts on our credit profile even after a dispute was lodged and thorough investigation was carried out and the credit provider sent confirmation to the Bureau that the account prescribed and to kindly remove it from my credit profile ?🙄🙄😡😓😓😓
