Worst service

Worst experience ever i logged a dispute and it was resolved last week, after resolving it they kept the case open and did not close or send me a letter up until i called on Monday then only they emailed the letter and closed the dispute now i am waiting for them to remove the dispute flag since Monday, they keep saying its systematically done ,today its a full 3 days and the flag is still there. They just like delaying things
