WORST service

I have paid up all my accounts and settled my Debt review more than 3 months ago. After several attempts from my Councillors as well as myself sending documents stating that my Debt has been settled and forwarding the Form 19 - clearance certificate and proof of Adverse accounts being settled I still can not seem to apply for car financing. Experian keeps asking for a DAD reference sent to my Councillors, however they have not received this reference in all this time and my Councillors had mentioned this to Exprian several times this is absolutely the worst service I received. It's a constant back and forth with Experian and in the meantime there are no communication from Experian. You make people feel like ********s as no credit services wants to do business with my name still not being cleared!
