Worst possible service

I am trying to dispute a payment profile. not getting any reply, lodging a dispute online is no use, it does not even register even though it displays that it was logged successfully. Trying to call and wasted hundreds of rands, emailing only get me read receipts and deleted without being read receipts. Compuscan, transunion all is in order. Only experian that has some issues but 3 months now and I have run out of time. I am being declined a bond because of this.

Today after sending another email I got a reply that they now lodged the dispute I have to wait another 20 days......after waiting for months to resolve , I am back to square 1....wait. i do not accept this....i have been waiting and asking for minths. i send all the proof of emails being deleted without being read. or just read receipts and nothing was done!!!
