Worst experience ever!

My sister has been trying to get hold of someone, anyone at Experian with no luck for months! She had a judgement for medical bills and she won the case and Judgement was removed in July but suddenly it appears again from August. She cannot get hold of anyone telephonically and has been sending emails for months with no assistance. It is the most frustrating and unprofessional thing to experience. She is now unable to get credit or make plans with her life because of this incompetence. The phones are never answered and no one is willing to assist via mail.
