Worst customer service ever

Very poor customer service ,i went to their office to resolve an issue but they would not let me in after waiting for 2 hours and then i emailed them to try and resolve my query but still no support i have a unknown adress on my credit record and need it rectified as well as an account from Outsurance that should not be there as i dont have anything with them also there is multiple months showing non payment where i have proof that payments have been made so guys be very wary and check to make sure someone is not using your details to buy stuff these guys are useless when it comes to customer service and support
