WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Still no feedback or response from Experian. Worst customer service ever. My daughter has been trying to get her credit report since 4 February 2016 without luck. I tried assisting her but it seems as if the people working there just don't care. <br> <br> Is there any way someone somewhere can assist in getting this matter sorted out as a matter of urgency?<br> <br> Even after a consultant contacted us, it is still not finalised.<br> <br> <br> <br>
