WORST CUSTOMER CARE COMPANY

On March 2022 when check my credit report to experian i found that there is an RCS CARD ACCOUNT that do not know on both MY CREDIT CHECK and MY CREDIT EXPERT. i went to police station and wrote an affidavit stating that the account is opened **********ly. On 06 June 2022 I have sent them an email telling them to log a dispute on both my credit check and my credit expert with all the documents that is needed asking them for the account to be removed from my profile. But since then i did not get any response from them nor log a disputes. When you call them they do not answer the phone. This the worst call center in south Africa. Can you please remove this RCS CARD ACCOUNT from my profile.
