Worst credit bureau I have ever seen

I bought a credit report from my credit status which showed that I owed GloCell over R24000. When I logged a dispute with my credit status, they told me that they were supp**** with a credit report by Experian since Mycreditstatus is not a credit bureau.

Ever since I sent Experian an affidavit and certified copy of my Id on the 16 January 2018 I had never received any response from them. Even if I try to call them their phones are not answered.

I don't know whether credit bureau gets a licence or what, if so they must be st********** their licence since they keep false consumer information and don't even bother to follow up on our disputes.
