Worst Credit Bureau ever!!

Terrible and slow service, i recently received feedback on a dispute i had created in January.. a whole 2 months later.. i also could never get through when trying to fix things via call.. what i hate and dont understand is that they actually feed info to the banks, so how can banks rely on info from such an unreliable credit bureau?
