Worst credit bureau

I lodged a complaint regarding false information on my profile, experian sent an email that the dispute has been resolved in my favour, but to date it has not been updated yet. I have been calling the call centre but calls go unanswered, my emails have also not been responded to. I'm so disheartened because i need a loan and i can't due to the faulty accounts reflecting on my profile.
