Worst Bureau on the planet

If it was possible to give Experian SA a zero star rating, I would!! I paid off an account in February and the other 3 bureaus(Compuscan, Transunion, XDS) have correctly updated my profile but Experian SA has not. I have logged numerous disputes via email and via mycreditexpert.co.za but I have not received any feedback with any of my disputes. Their customer support number rings without getting answered. What's worse is that the credit ombudsman claims that they cannot assist with the matter.
