Worse customer service - Call Center

This call center is the worse I ever came across, I wanted for 2 hours, someone finally answered then this person acts like they cant hear me at all. I kept on saying HELLO HELLO this person just said Hi and then muted me. This is ridiculous. How can you wait this long and for someone to act like they dont hear you
