Worse company that ever existed!!!

Last month I lodged a complaint against this silly bureau, they way they calculate credit scores. Yes they did remove the accounts that were not supposed to be on my name but they didn't change or update my score. I have been paying my accounts on time no arrears but my score keeps dropping they're so unfair to me. They kept me waiting for 20 business days to resolve this issue but the came back with the same results!!! Yooo the pain you cause to us is so unbearable. The Intec college account was supposed to be removed because even though I paid the outstanding balance but according to your policies that are there on your website it was supposed to be removed counting from 2015 to 2020. I can wait another 20 days because of your incompetency . I so pray ernesy that all credits may take their businesses elsewhere. I am still trying to make sense at TransUnion I score 662 with the same accounts listed on your prestigeos I rate 610 like really!!!!
