worse company ever

they never updated my credit record since february and getting hold of them is a mission for the past 3days i have tried getting assistance and eventually spoke to someone who said before end of business day i will be assisted ,which never happened,i cannot do anything m stuck,i feel so much like a failure not being able to provide the needs of my kids because of this
