Whole country is at ransom by Experian

Is there anyone working at Experian? I have been calling everyday since October, but you will hold on with no answer. I sent numerous emails to EZA still no reply. This is affecting my life very bad. Isn't Experian regulated? I think it is time we report to the regulator, the whole country is at ransom because of Experian and unfortunately FSPs rely on Experian but the time it takes to update Consumers info is appalling, unprofessional and unregulated. Every review here is bad, rating of 1.18 is bad for a company which the whole country is relying on.
