Where is your "Customer Service" service ?

For the better half of 6 months I have tried to change my mobile information on every portal that Experian / Compuscan offers re their customer service but to no avail. No one answers any of the contact numbers offered on their website. No one answers any mails sent to the email address on their website... come on ???? I urgently want to change my mobile number so that I can access my reports.
