There must be something wrong with this credit bureau. Most of their data is inaccurate and a few months behind. So, I paid off my Truworths account. The account updated on TransUnion and XDS as fully paid, but on Experian, the account first updates as fully paid and then the next day goes back to old data from a month ago. How, Experian? How...! I informed them months ago and sent them a letter from the credit provider stating that I have never had an account with Finance27 or taken out a loan with them. They still keep their name on my credit profile. I never had a loan with Finance27. Why do you keep them on my profile when I sent you a letter months ago from them saying, 'That information is wrong'? I disputed the wrong information, sent you proof, and even obtained an admission of guilt from the credit provider, yet you keep that information. So, Experian just harbors false information and doesn't remove it. As long as the account is closed, it can stay there, even if it's false, Experian? How can your data be trusted? I have seen accounts that were removed due to age magically reappear on Experian again, even though they were removed by Experian. It makes no sense. How do you remove accounts and then just put them back for no reason at all? All of the information has expired according to your own terms and conditions. You remove it, then put it back. Why?"
